We cater to groups at the Villas at Wyboo! After a enjoyable day of Santee Lakes golf or sightseeing, your group could gather in the Wyboo Meeting Center or around the pool with its lighted covered pavilion and ceiling fans. Wherever your group decides to meet, our staff at The Villas at Wyboo and the Wyboo Meeting Center will make sure your meeting or event functions smoothly.

The Wyboo Meeting Center has three break-out rooms, almost 3000 square feet of pure meeting space, a state of the art catering kitchen, and advanced lighting and audio features. Located within a very short walking distance of every building in The Villas at Wyboo resort, the Center is perfect for all types of business meetings, corporate retreats, weddings, receptions and parties.

The entire Meeting Center or any combination of rooms may be rented depending upon your needs. The Cypress Room is perfect for smaller, more intimate gatherings such as committee and board meetings. Folding doors close Cypress off from the rest of the meeting space for privacy. Two other break-out rooms with folding doors, Dogwood and Sassfras, can be used as separate meeting rooms or, by opening the folding door, the entire area becomes the Willow Ballroom. Other features include a catering kitchen set up to prepare meals for 340 guests, a loading dock and staging area for bands and DJs, and a portable dance floor. A flexible and functional meeting facility! The Wyboo Meeting Center has a total of 4500 square feet, with approximately 3300 square feet of function space. Our pool deck is an additional function area and the large dens in our villas can be used for break-outs, hospitality rooms or meeting space. Wyboo Meeting Center offers meeting facilities that are both flexible and functional.
